The basics

By using GenAnk, you agree to these terms. GenAnk is a tool that generates Anki flashcard decks from media content to help you learn languages.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person — do not share your login or create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.

Acceptable use

Use GenAnk for personal language learning. Do not use the service to:

• Redistribute generated content commercially
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Upload malicious files or content that violates others’ rights

Content & copyright

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the media you submit. GenAnk processes content you provide — we do not host or distribute the original media.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account settings — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service availability

We aim to keep GenAnk running reliably but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

GenAnk is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
